Using the thin-crust pizza dough ala Chefjar:  Shiitake, red onion, pickled jalepeno, italian sausage, fresh and shredded mozzerella.

Great crust — flavor, but subtle:  Thin, yet holds firm with a crunchy crust.  The now favored crust option — a bit hard on the mixer as it is a bit dry.

Cheesed:  Shiitake, avocado, shaved garlic and basil — with mozzerella, fresh mozzerella and parm.

Fine, thin crust, with good crunchiness roasted at 550f.   The dough machine hated it, but it is one of the best crusts yet.
