The mu shu envelopes make great lunch wraps, too, as such for, seared, graham dusted (pre-cooked) cauliflower with garbanzos, crushed almonds and kale, in zesty peanut sauce.
The tomatoes were planted on May 15th. They have just, finally, started to ripen. Consequently, everything for the next few months are brought to us by tomato – yes, we have no more zucchini.

Added salt and replaced the cashews with almonds. The salt really improves the flavor, though, this shan’t be mistaken for cheese. However, it shreds well and is reasonably good, especially melted.
