Non-green pot stickers

The adaptation of a recipe from smitten kitchen by my second breakfast…

These were not green as the fava were swapped for lima – which, often, are green.  The ones from the garden turned out to be purple and white – Vikings fans, no doubt, and when they mold, they grow long, golden braids.

These are a bit stockier than those typically made, with the addition of the beans.  As noted, they freeze well, and have served as a terrific, quick prep lunch, several times.
