Vegetable stew

A stew is but a stew – it’s true, nothing new, yet, reliable, too.

I understand all your philosophies, but they confuse me, just the same

Bronzed onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, garbanzos, chopped zucchini, and Yves with oregano, cumin and a little s&p.

Served over cous-cous – this could have been chili if we’d had chili powder… Oddly, it tasted like chili, and was a capable cure to the harsh blowing, freezing, Monday evening mist.
