Rye Bread

Another fine loaf as we move past the obsession with sourdough — which shall now rest in haitus until the spring, when hopefully, more cooperative yeasts will flourish.

This ravishing rye left us smitten, perfected exactly as a rye should be.

"You’ve only met me recently.”  Kenzie said.  “For all you know I could be a horrible person, perhaps even homicidal." 

It spread somewhat flat, probably due to the high heat and humidity from the pretzel operation, but flavor, texture — and the color — were excellent and makes a nice toast with some marmalade, Then I‘ll help you.”  Tula said.

Not to mention, a gourmet, gouda grill, served with a nice bowl of tomato/basil soup.

"You should at least feign disapproval.”
