Lemon roasted potatoes with rosemary

There's a bunch of 'em – ugly dudes, too -- nothin' like smokey

A delicious little side, served beside some remains of the delicious zucchini moussaka, fantastically found, frozen in the freezer. 

Cubed potatos, tossed in olive oil and sprinkeled with lemon juice, seasoning salt and righteous rosemary — stirred occasionally, rosted until soft and the flesh began to brown.
