(Field Roast) and spinach enchiladas

(Field Roast) as the last of the stores that had the parethesised product within a ten mile radius, has stopped carrying it, so some Yves was chipotle’d for an attempted approximation.

It has been so long since we have enchilada’d anything other than cheese or vegetable that the texture of the meat was initially a bit distracting  – the mind generally otherwised inclined- resolved as we enjoyed the dish.

There is no doubt the Field Roast would make this an entirely different meal, yet this variation still had a wonderful flavor and a nice kick, framed nicely by the delicious sauce.
