Coagulated edamame cream tart

A quick personal, pan pastry that was unexpectedly good:

Crushed curd inter-mingled with bronzed onion, garlic, jalepeno, spinach, a bit of an agar aggregation (Tb or two), about ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp super-finely minced turmeric.

Baked in a whole wheat shell – flour, oleo, water – at 375 for about 20 minutes, then 425 for another 5 or so…

The pastry got a little moister than planned but turned out nice and crunchy, though not hard.

A very tasty, hasty pastry.
