Pasta dinner with fresh baked semolina bread and tofu balls.
This was Will’s take:
Later, he added another slice of bread with a large dollop of oleo atop. (All the kids inherently butter their toast on both sides!)
Despite failing to dredge the balls in flour, they were well received by everyone that tried them (especially Will). One of the commenters on her site had trouble holding these together but said they were enjoyed as a tofu hash. Tossed with some pasta that sounds really good too.
Addendum: These are really good. Second night served alone with some oven roasted cauliflower and rice, then lunch the next day, seemed better each time..
