Breakfast sandwiches:

I really like the faux egg; it browns exactly as in the picture, too! 

These will make an excellent base for omelets.

For the marinated ‘fu, the silken tofu used did not hold up well during cooking and would be better either baked, or replaced with regulular curd or tempeh.
