Simple scramble

Breakfast began with a stroll out to the herb garden where the green onions are exploding.  They are thus incorporated into many of our meals. 

Chowed with some pablano, carrots and tomatoes and added to crumbled bean curd, seasoned and dyed with turmeric and smoked hungarian paprika!

Served with a bit of Melinda’s, it made a very bright and cheerful start.

And tasty!
