Sometimes you wake up and just want a breakfast biscuit which is what struck us this morning. So we whipped up a batch of J.P.’s Big Daddy biscuits — using “white” wheat flour — and while those were incubating struck slabs of sweet onion, gingered tomato and tamari marinated avocado on the fryer,
exactly, surely, what everyone thinks of when hearing, “breakfast biscuit.”
The sandwich was tangoed with a mango and a chorus of blueberries:
We thought this could have turned out even better with the avocado half, halved and a sprinkle of sugar and more ginger on the tomato. Nonetheless, a very tasty biscuit.
