Chipotle Continued

Over the weekend when Dan made up the chipotle batter for his wrap, there was just enough batter left for a few shrimp.  Once those were done, I added them to a taco shell with some shredded cabbage (wow – we’ve had ALOT of cabbage this week….and no, we aren’t partaking of the cabbage soup diet – ha!) and sliced red pepper.  I topped it with a bit of ranch dressing that had been combined with a bit of hot sauce….and I called it lunch!
